The Soul Nebula is found in the constellation Cassiopeia. It is often viewed with IC 1805 and the pair is considered the "Heart and Soul Nebulae". Both are thought to be regions of intense star formation. Studies of stars and clusters like those found in the Heart and Soul Nebulae have focused on how massive stars form and affect their environment.
